Southern Builders, Inc. was incorporated in 1971 by GR and Mary Ellen Kindley. Joe Kindley, who has been working with his father for over 30 years was Vice President and is now President I Owner of Southern Builders, Inc. upon his father’s retirement. Southern Builders,Inc. is licensed in North and South Carolina with General unlimited Construction license. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, but are also experts in specialty concrete, residential construction, farm construction, renovations/additions, etc. We offer in house estimating, design/build and are fully bonded and insured.

- In-House AIA Construction Progress Billings (inc.Sales & Use Tax reports -if applicable, Proposed Changes, Submittals, Schedule of Values, close-out documents,etc)
